The all new 2010 BMW X6 ActiveHybrid has a new BMW drivetrain that integrates the batteries, electronics systems and power inverter all within the transmission. BMWs first Hybrid offers more sport as opposed to fuel efficiency. While it does get about 20% better fuel economy than a regular X6 don’t expect the fuel economy that you’d get from a BMW X5 diesel.
